About modification of Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 696 of November 19, 2009

1. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 696 of November 19, 2009 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Culture, its structure and the extreme number of staff" (2009, Art. No. 169-170, 775) figures and the word "38 units" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with figures and the words "41 units (including support personnel - 1 unit)".
2. To perform covering of the expenses connected with accomplishment of this resolution for the account and within the budgetary funds provided for the Ministry of Culture, without exceeding of the approved extreme number of staff and expenses on compensation.
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2012.
