Ct.I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 78-80, of the Art. 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. II. - The land area Ploshchad 1,0 of hectare excluded according to the article I of this law is transferred to use to the Public hydrometeorological service subordinated to the Ministry of the environment, for construction of the Beltsky agrohydrometeorological complex and is recognized the earth public. The losses caused by its conclusion from category of lands of agricultural purpose are not compensated.

Art. III. - In three-months time to provide to the government change of cadastral documentation according to this law.
