About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. In Article 14:

"5. If before the expiration specified in the paragraph the second to part 2 of this Article, the district kenesh will not propose to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic the candidacy for position assignment of the akim, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic within 20 working days presents new candidacies (at least 3) in the district kenesh.
If the district kenesh before the expiration specified in the paragraph the second to part 2 of this Article repeatedly will not propose to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic the candidacy for position assignment of the akim, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the proposal of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic dismisses the district kenesh and appoints early elections.
