About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 498) the following changes:
1. Regarding 3rd Article 3-1 "President" to replace the word with the word "Government".
2. To state part 1 of Article 4 in the following edition:
"National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is hoisted constantly: on the state Residence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, buildings of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Akyykatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, National academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations and local government bodies.".
3. To state part 1 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is hoisted on buildings of diplomatic representations and consular establishments, residences of heads of diplomatic representations and consular establishments when it is connected with execution by specified persons of service duties, and also on buildings of permanent missions of the Kyrgyz Republic under the international organizations according to rules of international law, rules of the diplomatic protocol and traditions of adoptive state. National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic is set also on vehicles of heads of diplomatic representations and consular establishments, on vehicles of permanent missions of the Kyrgyz Republic under the international organizations.".
