About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning prudential regulation of activities of the accumulation pension funds, the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets and the organizations combining types of professional activity in the security market
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 1997 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning prudential regulation of activities of the accumulation pension funds, the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets and the organizations combining types of professional activity in the security market according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2012.
