About enforcement of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - The code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 becomes effective since June 12, 2003.

Art. 2. - On the date of entry into force of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 to declare invalid the Code of civil procedure approved by the Law of the Moldavian SSR of December 26, 1964 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Moldavian SSR, 1964, No. 36, the Art. 81), with subsequent changes, except for the provisions concerning execution of judgments.

Art. 3. - (1) the Civil cases which are in consideration stage for June 12, 2003 are considered by competent degrees of jurisdiction according to the procedure established by the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003.

(2) Production according to the claims to cancellation which are in stage of consideration and are not permitted on the date of entry into force of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 stops.

(3) the Applications for review submitted till June 12, 2003 for decisions of the degrees of jurisdiction reorganized as of June 12, 2003 are considered by competent degrees of jurisdiction according to provisions of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003.
