In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About financing of unemployment benefits" of May 4, 2002 No. 76 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 5, Article 313; 2004, No. 9, Article 750; 2008, No. 2, Article 130; 2011, No. 2, Article 157, No. 5, Article 449) to exclude the words "according to the State program" from preamble, to exclude words from part 5 "annually State program approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" and to exclude the words "according to the State program" from part 6.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
