About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. According to the procedure of maintaining the state water inventory, No. 413 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 8, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 10, Art. 292; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 39, Art. 1943; 2000, No. 40, Art. 1687; 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2011, No. 67, Art. 2572):
Item 6 to state 1) in such edition:
"6. The state water inventory is kept:
The Ministry of Emergency Situations according to the Section "Surface water";
State geosubsoil according to the Section "Underground Waters";
Gosvodagentstvom according to the Section "Water use".
The specified central executive bodies are customers of works on creation of the state water inventory and approve cadastral materials.";
2) in Item 10 the word of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources shall be replaced with words "the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gosvodagentstvy";
Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and Gosvodkhoz in all cases to replace 3) in the text of the Procedure for the word respectively with words of Ministry of Emergency Situations and Gosvodagentstvo in the corresponding case.
2. According to the procedure of determination of the sizes and borders of the water protection zones and the mode of conducting economic activity in them, No. 486 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 10, Art. 318; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 4, Art. 136):
