About modification of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines

According to the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of ensuring the available minimum level of providing the population with medicines I ORDER:

1. Make to the section ІІ Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, such change:

add Item 2.8 with the new paragraph of such content:

"observance of the extreme sizes of the supplying and sales allowances and limiting trade (retail) allowances established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Leave or availability in pharmaceutical institution of medicine on which limiting allowance exceeds established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine makes impossible accomplishment by the licensee of these Licensed conditions.".

2. To the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of Ukraine on medicines Demchenko I. B. in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the publication of this order in printing mass media.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Moiseenko R. O.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
