About approval of the budget of Audit Chamber for 2012
Based on parts (1), (2) and (3) article 11 of the Law on Audit Chamber No. 261-XVI of December 5, 2008
The parliament accepts the present of the resolution.
Art. 1. - Approve the budget of Audit Chamber for 2012 in the amount of 27057,8 of one thousand lei.
Art. 2. - To send this resolution and the approved budget of Audit Chamber to the Government for execution of the Law on the government budget for 2012.
Art. 3. - Give Audit Chamber the right to make in the course of budget implementation changes to expense structure within the budget approved by this resolution.
Art. 4. - To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Commission on economy, the budget and finance.
Art. 5. - This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
