To public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety" as the technical and technological operator: provide creation in the 6-month time of technical technological framework for placement of official pages of bodies of the central public management, and also their support and further development;

provide, according to requests of bodies of local public authority, on contractual basis, support and development of their official pages in the Internet.

5. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities:

in 12-month time to bring the official pages on the Internet into accord with provisions of this Resolution, including their placement on the general technical technological framework supported by Public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety";
