About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2009 No. 349

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for creation and conditions of activities of temporary research teams I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation and on conditions of activities of temporary research teams approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2009 No. 349 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for creation and conditions of activities of temporary research teams" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 159, 1/10827), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 5 of the word "students of higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words "persons mastering contents of educational programs of the higher or postgraduate education";

1.2. part the second Item 10 after the words "Termination of Activities of VNK" to add with words ", except as specified, the provided in paragraphs three and the fourth parts one of this Item,";
