About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2008 No. 1424 and of February 28, 2011 No. 243

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2008 No. 1424 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to large families of financial aid of the state in debt repayment on the soft credits received on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 237, 5/28441; 2009, No. 196, 5/30292; 2011, No. 30, 5/33413; No. 78, 5/34103):
in word preamble "part two of subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2000 No. 185 "About provision to citizens of soft credits and one-time subsidies for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises" shall be replaced with words "part three of subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13 "About some questions of provision to citizens of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises";
in Regulations on procedure for provision to large families of financial aid of the state in the debt repayment on the soft credits obtained on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises approved by this resolution:
