1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment by insurers and insured persons of fees on obligatory national pension insurance in the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 19.12.2003 No. 21-1, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 16.01.2004 for No. 64/8663 (with changes), such change:

the paragraph one of Item 6.2 of Chapter 6 after the words "in proportion to length of service" to add with words and figures "taking into account requirements of the paragraph of the third subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance".

2. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Maksimchuk E. S.
