About approval of the Action plan for promotion of the open Government for 2012-2013

According to article 2 of the Law on ratification of the Financial agreement between the Republic of Moldova and International Development Association for project implementation "E-transformation of management" No. 173 of July 28, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 131-133, 425), and also for the purpose of realization of Item 4.1 of the Strategic program of the technological upgrade of management (E-transformation) approved by the Order of the Government No. 710 of September 20, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 156-159, 780), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The action plan for promotion of the open government for 2012-2013, according to appendix No. 1;

The list of government data of public nature which will be open in 2012, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to take necessary measures for accomplishment in full and at the scheduled time the actions provided by the approved Plan.

3. For implementation of the Action plan to recommend to National council to create on participation sectorial working group for the purpose of monitoring of its implementation.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the Action plan for promotion of the open government for 2012-2013 on the State office and the central administrative authorities with assistance of epreobrazovaniye coordinators or appointed responsible for open government data.
