1. Approve the enclosed List of production processing equipment and products imported into the Republic of Tajikistan by Tajik-Chinese Iron and Steel Works Limited liability company for forming of authorized capital of the company which are tax-exempt on value added and customs duty.

2. To assign ensuring accomplishment of this resolution to the Ministries of Finance, power engineering specialists and the industries of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
