The procedure for protection of data on implementation of the state protection of participants of criminal trial (further - the Procedure) is developed according to requirements of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state protection of participants of criminal trial" (further - protected persons) and determines the actions for ensuring protection of data in case of application of security measures and social support performed concerning protected persons.
2. Data on implementation of the state protection and on the protected person belong to the data which are subject to protection according to this Procedure (further - data).
