About rates for electrical and heat energy

1. Approve and enact the enclosed rates for the electrical and heat energy released by Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to consumers since April 1, 2012.
2. To anti-monopoly service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to make corresponding changes to the Price list No. 09-01-2010 "Rates for electrical and heat energy" according to this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- of December 29, 2009, No. 678 "About rates for electrical and heat energy";
- of May 19, 2010, No. 259 "About seasonal rates for electrical energy for certain consumers";
- of March 12, 2011, No. 149 "About seasonal rates for electrical energy for water pumps, pumping points of machine irrigation and repair and production bases of the Ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- of June 3, 2011, No. 292 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
