According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 21, 2005 N PP-186 "About reducing types and simplification of allowing procedures for implementation of business activity" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, N 3738, the Art. 285), of January 11, 2006 N PP-255 "About organizational measures for reforming of fruit-and-vegetable growing and wine growing" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 2, stations 8), and also for the purpose of further enhancement of settlement system for implementable domestic cars, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make changes to the Provisional regulations for system of accounting of production and realization of separate types of excise goods approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee and Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 12, 2004 NN PA-01-8-31, 95, 2004-49, 256-B (рег. N 1390 of July 26, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 30, the Art. 347) according to appendix
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
