About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About weapon"

No. 7-8, 492) following changes and amendments:

1. In part one of Article 3 of the word "Managements on Corrective Cases of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Agencies on Providing with Special Property under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan" respectively shall be replaced with words "Head department on execution of criminal penalties of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Agency on providing with special property under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

2. In Article 10:

- add with Item 3) of the following content:

The public organization of assistance to defense of the Republic of Tajikistan has the right for training of specialists for Armed Forces, other military divisions and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Tajikistan, development technical and military and applied sports, and also preparation of the population for protection of the Fatherland to acquire sports and hunting weapon and cartridges according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
