Bring in the Federal Law of July 11, 2001 N 95-FZ "About political parties" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, N 29, Art. 2950; 2002, N 12, Art. 1093; N 30, of Art. 3029; 2003, N 26, Art. 2574; N 50, of Art. 4855; 2004, N 52, Art. 5272; 2005, N 30, Art. 3104; 2006, N 29, Art. 3124; 2007, N 18, Art. 2118; 2009, N 14, Art. 1577; N 18, of Art. 2155; N 20, of Art. 2391; N 29, of Art. 3633; 2010, N 23, Art. 2798; N 45, of Art. 5754; 2011, N 15, Art. 2017; N 30, of Art. 4607; N 43, of Art. 5975; N 50, of the Art. 7363) following changes:

1) in Item 2 of Article 3:

a) in the subitem "an" of the word "more than in half of subjects of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "at least in half of subjects of the Russian Federation";

b) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) in political party at least five hundred members of political party taking into account requirements which are stipulated in Item the 6th article 23 of this Federal Law shall consist.
