About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About other obligatory payments in the budget"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About other obligatory payments in the budget" of July 28, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. Z) following changes:

1. To state part 1 of Article 41 in the following edition:

"1. The payment is levied for the following actions connected with legal protection of objects of industrial property (further - payment):

- application;

- registration and issue of the security document;

- modification of the State register and of the certificate of the trademark;

- maintenance in force of the security document for the invention and industrial designs;

- prolongation of effective period of registration of the trademark and effective period of the certificate on right to use by the name of the place of goods origin;

- recovery of actions of the security document;

- prolongation and recovery of the passed terms.".

2. In Article 42 of the word "receiving security documents" shall be replaced with words "for benefit of which the operations connected with legal protection of objects of industrial property are performed".

3. Regarding 1 Article 44 of the word "inventions" and "the patent for the invention" respectively shall be replaced with words "inventions and" and "the patent for the invention and".

4. In Article 45:

- to exclude from part 1 of the word "on issue of the security document";

- to exclude parts 2 of the word "on receipt of the security document" from the proposal of the second.

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
