About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About providing sanitarno - epidemiological safety of the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 8, 2003 "About ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 12, Art. 677; 2008, No. 10, Art. 822; No. 12, h 2, Art. 1015) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"-sanitary and epidemiologic examination - activities for establishment of compliance (discrepancy) of project and other documentation, objects of economic and other activity, products, works and services, state sanitarno - to epidemiological rules and standard rates.".

2. In Article 3:

- in paragraph one of the word "and forecast" shall be replaced with words "forecasting of their dynamics and";

- to exclude from the paragraph of the ninth word of "radioactive materials" and after the word of "products" to add with the words "according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"-coordination of activities of other state bodies in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population.".
