About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 1, 2004 No. 98

No. 98, to make the following changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for sale of objects of state-owned property on tenders approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 1, 2004:

- Item 1 to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"-the social object which is relating to state-owned property and being on balance of the privatized joint-stock company (further - social object) - the objects of education, health care, rest house and the sports complexes which are relating to state-owned property and being on balance of the privatized joint-stock companies, offered for sale on the investment tender from the state authorized body for management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- in the ninth paragraph of Item 1 and further in all the text of the Provision "company" to replace the word with the word "object";

- the nineteenth to add the paragraph of Item 1 after words of "unit of the state companies" with the words "social object";

- in Item 5 of the word "Financial Offer" shall be replaced with words "The amount of investments" and to add the new paragraph in the following edition:

"In case of exposure to sale of social object on the investment tender, the amount of investments of participants of the tender shall constitute at least 50 percent from starting project cost".
