Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of establishment and determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2006 N 306 (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 22, by Art. 2338; 2011, N 22, Art. 3168).
2. Changes which are made to Rules of establishment and determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities become effective since July 1, 2012.
