About modification and amendments in the Regulations on requirements to content of conditions of insurance on voluntary classes of insurance approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 55/6 of November 8, 2007.

Based on provisions of Art. 5 of the h. (3) the Law No. 407-XVI of December 21, 2006 "About insurance" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 47-49, the Art. 213), with subsequent changes and amendments, the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Regulations on requirements to content of conditions of insurance on voluntary classes of insurance approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 55/6 of November 8, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 198-202, to the Art. 719) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 522 of December 9 2007, to make the following changes and additions:

1) Item 3 to change and state in the following edition:

"3. The conditions of voluntary insurance developed by the insurer extend to insurance class in general and/or only to the insurance risks covered by the corresponding class of insurance.";

To add 2) with Items 71 - 72 following of content:

"71. By conditions of voluntary insurance in category "general insurance" access for the applicant of insurance to insurance services depending on race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, sex, age, views, political affiliation, property status or social origin cannot be limited.

72. Conditions of insurance of the insurer shall be formulated and systematized so that:

a) the offer was designed according to grammatical regulations, expressed the idea correctly, shortly and unambiguously, was to clear all interested persons;

b) the adequate, widespread terms corresponding to the terms used in the legislation were used;
