Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who have no pension entitlement, to both disabled people and the government public assistance to the leaving approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, of Art. 717; 2006, No. 42, Art. 2808; 2007, No. 79, the Art. 2944), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who have no pension entitlement, to both disabled people and the government public assistance to leaving

1. Add item 4 with the paragraph of such content:

"Homeless persons instead of the certificate of family composition submit the certificate of the place of residence or the place of stay which is issued by the center of accounting of homeless persons where they are on accounting, or institution of social protection for homeless persons where the temporary haven is provided to them.".
