About approval of Changes to regulatory legal acts of Administration of state special communication concerning information access

According to the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 30.06.2011 No. 717, on accomplishment of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 07.09.2011 No. 938 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning information access" and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of state special communication in compliance with this resolution I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to regulatory legal acts of Administration of state special communication concerning information access which are attached.

2. In five-day time after signing of this order in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the chief of Legal management of Administration of state special communication its submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine Fesenko S. O.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
