For the purpose of further development of processes of informatization, the organization of effective interaction between the state information resources, I decide providing the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities in case of assignment, change, the termination of existence of addresses of real estate units and entering of corrections into the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that the State committee on property:

1.1. is the owner of address system;

1.2. provides creation and maintaining the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. establishes the scope of information, the addresses of the Republic of Belarus included in the register;

1.4. determines procedure:

maintaining register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus;

assignments, changes, terminations of existence of addresses and entering of corrections into the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus;

provisions of information from the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus;

information access, the Republic of Belarus containing in the register of addresses.

2. For the purposes of this Decree the following terms and their determinations are applied:

the address – the unique structured hierarchical set of elements identifying the location of real estate units: the parcels of land, capital structures (buildings, constructions) including which are not completed by construction, the isolated rooms, parking places registered or not registered in the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it (further – objects);

address system – the information system including the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus and the unified register of administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus;

the register of addresses of the Republic of Belarus – the state information resource which is part of the state land cadastre, containing spatially the attached and updated information on addresses;
