2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached

1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of determination of class of professional risk of production by types of economic activity.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
class of professional risk of production - the level of industrial traumatism and occupational diseases by types of economic activity which determines degree of reliability of loss of professional working capacity or the death of the worker during execution of labor obligations, taking into account analysis results of indicators of industrial traumatism and occupational diseases, and also amounts of expenses of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases (further - Fund) connected with ensuring obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability (further - insurance);
settlement component of insurance premium - part of rate of insurance premium taking into account value of integral indicator of professional risk of production for insurance industry set of types of economic activity (further - integral indicator) and the expenses of such set connected with ensuring insurance;
