In the Regulations on margins of solvency and liquidity rate of the insurer (overcautious person) approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 2/1 of January 21, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 59-62, to the Art. 310) registered in the Ministry of Justice No. 812 of April 8, 2011 to make the following changes and additions:
1. In the subitem 1) of item 4 after words of "the insurer (overcautious person)" to add with words", except for the software.";
2. In Item 9 after the words "added" and "declared" to add with the words "for the last 12 months";
3. Change and state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The standard rate of sufficiency of solvency of the insurer (overcautious person) during the period shall be till 30.06.2012 at least than 100%, and after this date - at least:
1) 110% for the insurer (overcautious person) performing activities for life insurance;
2) 125% for the insurer (overcautious person) performing activities for general insurance.";
4. After Item 12 to add with Item of 121 following contents:
"121. The insurer (overcautious person) shall hold constantly the standard rate of sufficiency of solvency at the level not below than is provided in Item 12, level below which it is considered is not able to fulfill obligations in process of approach of terms of their accomplishment.".
