1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2008 No. 629 "About approval of form of the conclusion about receipt of currency earnings and procedure for its representation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5494, No. 42 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of March 20, 2009 (1639)) the following changes:

"2. Bodies of Tax Service within 5 working days after the beginning of tax audit send inquiries for submission of the conclusion about receipt of currency earnings as of start date of tax audit by confirmation of reliability of the tax amounts on value added shown to return:

in territorial branches of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan or banks of the second level in the place of assignment of accounting contract number or execution of the transaction certificate concerning contracts under which accounting contract numbers on export were got or passports of transactions are drawn up;

in banks of the second level in the place of opening of the bank account of branch or representation concerning the nonresidents performing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan through branches and representations.
