About some questions of the Republican state state company "Republican Center "Preschool Childhood" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Liquidate the Republican state state company "The republican center "Preschool Childhood" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Create Republican public institution "Republican center "Preschool Childhood" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (daleeuchrezhdeniye).
3. Determine the main object of activity of Organization - implementation of methodical and methodological quality assurance of the educational services provided by the organizations of preschool education.
4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to approve the charter of Organization and to provide state registration in judicial authorities;
2) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer to Organization of the property which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated company;
3) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
