About write-off of penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Approve the lists of taxpayers provided by the Government which writes off as of November 1, 2001 and on December 1, 2001 penalty fee for the total amount of 180280,6 thousand lei and financial sanctions (penalties) for the total amount of 17384,693 thousand lei.
Art. 2. - To the government transfer to the Main state tax authorities under the Ministry of Finance the lists specified in Article 1 for the organization of reflection in system of accounting of write-off of the corresponding amounts with exception them from the refrigerated penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties).
Art. 3. - In case of taxation application by the income tax income gained as a result of write-off of penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties) is considered free.
