About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2009 No. 330 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of special social services" and of October 28, 2011 No. 1222 "About approval of standards of rendering special social services in the field of social protection of the population"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2009 No. 330 "About approval of the list of the guaranteed amount of special social services" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 15, the Art. 120):

in the list of the guaranteed amount of special social services approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The guaranteed amount of special social services is provided to persons (families) with the permanent violations of functions of organism caused by physical and (or) intellectual capacities and (or) persons of no fixed abode, and also persons (families) incapable of self-service in connection with old age, from among the following receivers of services:

1) handicapped children with psychoneurological pathologies (further - children);

2) handicapped children with violations of the musculoskeletal device (further - children with violations the ODE);

3) disabled people is more senior than eighteen years with psychoneurological diseases (further - persons 18 years of age or over);

4) disabled people of the first and second groups (further - disabled people);

5) persons incapable of self-service in connection with old age (daleeprestarely);

6) persons of no fixed abode (further - homeless persons).";
