2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

1. These Health regulations establish sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to collection, use, application, neutralization, transportation, storage and waste disposal of production and consumption on production facilities, the municipal solid waste and waste which are formed on health care facilities (further - Health regulations).
2. In these Health regulations the following determinations are used:
1) waste disposal - warehousing of waste in the places which are specially established for their safe storage during unrestricted term;
