About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following amendments and change:

1. Add Article 20 with part 11 of the following content:

3. In Article 41:

state part 4 in the following edition:

add Article with parts 6 - 8 following contents:

"If in court it will be proved that the official violated labor rights of the government employee and thereof by a court decision the payments provided by the law are paid to the citizen, the state body based on the judgment shall hold from the salary of the official the amount of the damage caused to them, including in case of the termination of work by it in this body.
