1. These rules of training of transport drivers (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 1996 "About traffic safety" and determine procedure for training of transport drivers.
2. Training of transport drivers is performed according to the standard program of training of transport drivers of category "A", "B", "C", "D", "E" according to appendix 1 to these rules.
3. Training of transport drivers of categories "A", "B", "C", "D", "E" is performed from among the persons which underwent medical examination and not having medical contraindications in case of which persons are forbidden to manage vehicles.
