2) additional terms of inclusion in the register of owners of duty-free shops.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of sales of goods in duty-free shops

1. These rules determine procedure for sales of goods, placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade to the foreign diplomatic representations equated to them to representative offices of the international organizations, consular establishments, and also diplomatic agents, consular officials and members of their families who live together with them.

2. In duty-free shops goods are implemented at retail, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
