1. Create Interministerial coordination council in the field of the prevention and suppression of violence in family.

2. Approve Regulations on activities of Interministerial coordination council in the field of the prevention and suppression of violence in family it (is applied).

3. The staff of Interministerial coordination council in the field of the prevention and suppression of violence in family will be approved by the order of the Minister of Labour, Social Protection and Family.

4. In case of release of members of Coordination council from the positions held by them in relevant organs, organizations or the organizations, their functions in Coordination council will be performed by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions.

5. Monitoring and approval of activities of Interministerial coordination council in the field of the prevention and suppression of violence in family is assigned to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family which shall annually, inform till January 30 the Government on its activities.
