1. Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010 No. 48, Art. 566; 7, the Art. 53) to add 2012 No. with part ten of the following content:
"10. On the means which are on current accounts with the special mode of use of the guaranteed suppliers, their structural divisions, and also the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on forming of natural gas resource for consumers of Ukraine which performs sale of natural gas to the guaranteed suppliers collection according to obligations of subjects of the natural gas market cannot be turned.
Arrest is not imposed means which are considered on these accounts, and transactions on these accounts are not subject to stop".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
