About introduction of amendments to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. In article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005 No. 28, the Art. 373):

state the name in such edition:

"Article 22. Conditions of change of the property right and feature of successorship of obligations in the field of heat supply";

add with parts three - heel of the following content:

"If the complete property complex (individually certain property) on development of heat energy is provided to the subject of managing in use (lease, concession, management and so forth), such subject becomes legal successor on debt obligations on the payment of the used energy carriers and services in their transportation and delivery which arose at subject of managing which used the specified property earlier (owned or used it).

Agreements on delivery and transportation of energy carriers consist with legal successors of the organization reorganized heatdelivering and/or heatgenerating only on condition of approval of procedure for debt repayment on payment of the used energy carriers and services in their transportation and delivery for previous period.

The member (founder) of the heatdelivering or heatgenerating organization in case of decision making about its liquidation provides debt repayment of such organization before suppliers of energy carriers".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
