About modification in Land and Lesnoy codes of Ukraine concerning preserving the woods

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002 No. 3-4, of the Art. 27):

in Article 122 part three:

the paragraph one after words of "state-owned property" to add with words "(except the cases determined by part seven of this Article)";

in the Item of the word "except the cases provided by part seven of this Article" to exclude;

in the Item "in" of the word "except the cases determined by part seven of this Article" to exclude;

in Article 149:

in part five:

the paragraph one after words of "state-owned property" to add with words "(except the cases determined by part nine of this Article)";

in the Items and "v" of the word "except the cases determined by part nine of this Article" to exclude;

in parts nine of the word and figure "the area" to exclude over 1 hectare;

2) in the Forest code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006 No. 21, the Art. 170):

to state Item 5 of Article 27 in the following edition:

"Transfers 5) to the possession, provides in permanent use for not forestry and landscape requirements the land timberland which is in state-owned property";

to exclude Item 5 of Article 31 and Item 3 of Article 32.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
