The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993 No. 52, Art. 490; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3668-VI and of December 9, 2011 to add No. 4161-VI) with part three of the following content:
"By the government employee holding positions of the first category according to the decision of the relevant state body or the official which performed appointment them to positions stay in public service after achievement of sixty-five-year age by them in their consent in connection with requirements of service can be extended if other is not provided by the law".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
