About approval of Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2011 "About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory and recognition No. 1125 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 1997" I ORDER to No. 1340:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of July 26, 2011 No. 196, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 18, 2011 for No. 983/19721, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of consular service submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To management of the general secretariat of Department on finansovoadministrativny questions and clerical work to bring this order to the attention of the First Deputy Minister, Ministrarukovoditel's deputy of the device, the deputy minister, heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, representative offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine and foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of consular service.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
