1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of October 28, 2008 No. 320 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of offers (notes), statements (petitions) and claims of citizens in the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 13, 2008 for No. 1103/15794 (further - the Order) the following changes:
1.1. In heading and Item 1 of the Order of the word "in the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "in the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine".
2. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for consideration of offers (notes), statements (petitions) and claims of citizens in the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine approved by the Order which are applied.
