These rules of development of the management program are developed by waste (further - Rules) according to the subitem 7) of article 16 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2007 (further - the Code) and establish procedure for development by users of nature of the management program waste (further - the Program).
2. These rules are obligatory for the physical persons and legal entities having objects I and II of category and performing activities for the address with waste.
Categories of objects of environmental management are determined according to article 71 of the Code.
3. Waste management is activities for planning, realization, monitoring and the analysis of actions for the treatment of production wastes and consumption.
4. Planning period - the period for which the Program is developed.
