1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements to type of activity on rendering services in identification of technical channels of information leakage and the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations.

2. This resolution becomes effective on the expiration of twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.

2) availability on the property right or other legal cause of specially allocated room for storage of search technical means.
