Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2003 No. 565 "About approval of Rules of the admission of airways to operation by aircrafts" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2643).
3. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Adimold R. O.) submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dyusembayev E. S.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
