1. Approve the enclosed list of the import-substituting goods made by residents of free economic zones and delivered on the domestic market of the republic.

2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2011 No. 158 "About approval of the list of the import-substituting goods made by residents of free economic zones and delivered on the domestic market of the republic" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 5/33320);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2011 No. 1090 "About entering of amendment and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2011 No. 158" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 95, 5/34304).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
